Terms and Conditions – 939gam Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 939gam platform, including the website at 939gam.com, the 939gam Android application, and any related services or features provided by 939gam. By registering an account, making a deposit or using any feature of the 939gam platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the 939gam platform. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules published for individual games, promotions or competitions on the platform. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence unless the promotion rules expressly state otherwise.

939gam reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after a change is published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

To register and use 939gam you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 939gam is strictly an adults-only platform.
• You must be registering on your own behalf as an individual, not on behalf of a third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth and a valid contact method.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion programme or cooling-off period on 939gam at the time of re-registration.
• You must agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy at the point of registration.

939gam may request identity verification documents at any point, including during the withdrawal process or if unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account access being restricted until the matter is resolved. Providing false or misleading identity information is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 939gam. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 939gam staff will never ask you for your password through any channel, including live chat, email or telephone. If you receive any communication requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and do not respond.

You must notify 939gam support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. 939gam accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your login details. You must not share your account access with any other person or allow any third party to use your account to place bets or access funds.

Accounts showing no activity (no login, deposit, withdrawal or bet placement) for a continuous period of twelve months may be classified as inactive. 939gam may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts as permitted by applicable platform policy at that time. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied where contact details on file allow.

All deposits on 939gam are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallet options as listed on the Deposit page. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments that belong to you. You must not use payment methods belonging to another person. Deposits made from third-party payment sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

939gam does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Any such charges are outside 939gam's control. Once a deposit is confirmed and credited to your 939gam account balance, it cannot be reversed except in cases of verified fraud or technical error.

If a deposit appears in your payment provider's records but has not been credited to your 939gam account within a reasonable timeframe, contact 939gam support with your transaction reference number and the support team will investigate and resolve the matter.

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through the Withdrawal section of your account. All withdrawals are paid in PKR to the payment method on file for your account. Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts or instruments belonging to the registered account holder.

Before processing a withdrawal, 939gam may require identity verification. This is a standard procedure and is not an indication of wrongdoing. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Processing times vary by method — mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast) are typically faster than bank transfer withdrawals.

Any active bonus funds in your account that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. The platform clearly separates real money balance from bonus balance within your account dashboard so you can always see which portion is available for withdrawal.

Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Withdrawal page. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of business hours or during high-volume periods may take additional time to process. 939gam will communicate any expected delays to affected players where possible.

939gam offers bonuses and promotional offers to players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements (also called playthrough requirements), eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus winnings. These specific terms are published alongside each offer and must be read before accepting any bonus.

General bonus conditions that apply to all offers unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal can be made from winnings associated with that bonus.
• Only one bonus offer may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states that it can be combined with others.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. 939gam reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, adjust bonus amounts or cancel a promotion at any time, with notice provided where practical.
• Players who demonstrate patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including rapid low-risk betting solely to meet wagering requirements — may have their bonus voided and associated winnings removed.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering process.
• Free spin winnings are typically credited as bonus funds subject to their own wagering conditions as stated in the relevant promotion terms.

If you have any uncertainty about whether a specific betting pattern will count towards your wagering requirement, contact support before placing those bets. Once bets are settled, the outcome cannot be reversed on the basis of a misunderstanding about bonus conditions.

939gam offers sports betting, casino games, live casino and slots. Each category operates under its own game-specific rules which are accessible within the game or market at the point of play. These rules govern bet settlement, void conditions, payout calculations and any special circumstances relevant to that game or sport.

For sports betting — including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports markets — bets are settled according to the official result published by the relevant governing body. In the event of a postponement, abandonment or any outcome not covered by the standard settlement rules, 939gam will apply its standard void and settlement policy as published on the betting platform.

All casino and slot game outcomes are generated by certified random number generators. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are disclosed in each game's information section. 939gam does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence individual game results once a round has commenced.

In the event of a technical fault during a game round or bet placement — including disconnection, server error or software malfunction — 939gam will use available records to determine the correct outcome. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the affected bet or game round will be voided and any stake returned to the player's account.

939gam reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price due to a palpable error in odds pricing. Players will be notified and the stake returned in full in such cases.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 939gam and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of any balance, bonuses or pending withdrawals:

• Opening more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to access, place bets on, or interact with the 939gam platform in a non-human manner.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus terms or gain an unfair advantage.
• Any form of match fixing, spot fixing or insider information exploitation in sports betting markets.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes for transactions that were legitimately processed.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt or exploit any part of the 939gam platform, infrastructure or software.
• Using the platform to launder funds or facilitate any other financial crime.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including family members.
• Providing false, fabricated or impersonated identity documents during the verification process.

939gam actively monitors for suspicious activity patterns. Where prohibited conduct is detected, 939gam may freeze account access immediately pending investigation. The outcome of any investigation is final and binding. If criminal activity is suspected, 939gam reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities and share account information as required.

939gam collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on 939gam, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with that policy.

Your data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing and platform improvement. 939gam does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification partners and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law or necessary to prevent fraud.

You have the right to request access to the personal data 939gam holds about you, and to request correction of any inaccurate data. Contact support to make a data access or correction request.

939gam is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. The platform provides the following tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity:

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of 939gam shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your 939gam account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any remaining real money balance after the deduction of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be returned to your registered payment method.

939gam reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice in cases where immediate action is required to protect the integrity of the platform or prevent further harm. Where an account is closed by 939gam for a breach, balances associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct may be forfeited in full.

939gam may update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the 939gam platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described above.
